I have used ProBuild Roofing & Restoration for years! There are several key reasons why. They treat your house like theirs, from initial inspection to cleanup. Second, THEY SHOW UP when they say they are going to be there. If you have ever used any contractor before, you know that is the biggest battle!!! Third, they are always extremely competitive in their pricing. Fourth, all of their employees are very personable and respectful. Fifth, they will take the time to explain the process, materials, and even deal with the insurance company for you so you have no hassle or worries.

We had ProBuild take on two exterior jobs for us and both turned out fantastic. First they worked with our insurance company to help us get a roof replaced. It looks great and they took extra steps to make sure it was done right.

Second we had a leak on another flat rubber roof and they replaced that and the very complex trim work around it and it came out beautifully. Looking forward to getting the rest of the building fixed up with them when we can.

We needed our historic barn braced inside and several boards replaced outside. They did an excellent job including cleaning up when finished.

Bryan worked very hard to obtain a complete loss estimate from the insurance company, a process that lasted over a month. Our home is unique in construction. The crew took the time to replicate the unusual shingling method needed to insure a weather tight installation. They worked very hard during the warmest month of the year to replace the entire roof after serious hail damage. I would recommend Brian and his crew for any size job.

Brian and the ProBuild crew went above and beyond our expectations. Within two days we had a shed, two car garage and house roofed, new facia board, drip edge and gutters done. There was some unexpected damage found to some structural beams that support our porch. Rather than charging a bunch more money to do the repairs he told us to pay for the materials and it would be taken care of. Extremely nice and professional crew. I have already recommended to several family and friends.

Brian and his crew refinished and stained a large deck project for my home. We originally planned to stain the deck with one color; however, Brian suggested we go with a two- toned color scheme. After seeing the finished project, we couldn't be more happy with the look of our deck. It looks brand new again. The crew completed the project in less than two days and cleaned up afterward. While working on our project, Brian noticed some roof damage caused by wind/hail. He completed a free inspection and is currently working with our insurance company in order to replace our roof!

Brian and Probuild performed roofing and soffit repairs on my home December 6, 2018. The Probuild staff were professional and their work was completed to our satisfaction. Probuild did everything as promised AND evicted a squirrel family we didn't know we had and secured area so they cannot return. Reasonably priced services and we felt good value for the cost. Brian made every effort to ensure we were informed and satisfied. Thank you Probuild for the good repair experience.
